First: Mulhim Platform Commitment
Mulhim platform is committed to supporting trainees with registration, program implementation, instructional guides, and technical assistance during electronic assessments and training activities. Real-time support is provided during virtual classroom sessions for both trainers and trainees.
Second: Registration for Synchronous Courses
Participants register for live courses through the website’s synchronous courses section. After payment, a broadcast link is sent via email on the course day.
Third: Registration for Asynchronous Courses
For pre-recorded courses, registration occurs via the recorded courses section. Upon confirmation, participants receive details by email and can access materials anytime. Completion requires an authentic evaluative assessment for certification.
Fourth: Attendance and Absence Policy
Mulhim platform requires participants to attend at least 70% of course hours for certification, in compliance with SCFHS and NELC regulations.
- Synchronous Courses: Attendance monitored at the start and end of each session; only registered names appear on certificates.
- Asynchronous Courses: Access restricted to personal accounts with real names. Participants must complete videos fully, with random evaluation questions (10 selected from a 20–30 database) to ensure integrity.
