Attendance and Absence Policy for Courses
The course preparation policy on the platform follows the systems of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the National Center for E-Learning.
- Synchronous courses. Training is delivered live at specific times with direct instruction via broadcast. Only enrolled participants can enter, and their full names appear on the certificate as confirmation of attendance. Attendance is monitored by the platform team, recorded at the beginning and end of the course.
- Asynchronous courses. Training is provided through videos and educational files with flexible access. To maintain credibility, the course can only be accessed using the subscriber's username, the real name appears on the certificate, a mandatory evaluation test follows the video, and the system enforces full viewing of the video.
- Educational hours. The mechanism for obtaining educational hours applies only to synchronous courses after verifying full attendance. No certificate or hours are awarded for absence. No refund will be issued for issues related to the participant’s registration number with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties or delays in sending the registration number.
CME Participation and Eligibility Terms
1) Concurrent Course Enrollment and CME Eligibility Policy
To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of continuing medical education, participants are
strongly advised not to enroll in multiple CME or CPD courses simultaneously, whether offered by
Mulhim.sa or any other accredited provider. Overlapping enrollment may cause:
- Incomplete or inconsistent learning engagement records;
- System interference in course tracking and completion logs;
- Delays or discrepancies in CME hour reporting to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS);
- Reduced educational benefit and potential noncompliance with SCFHS participation standards.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their Mumaris+ account is
registered, active, and in good standing. If a participant’s status is
“classified” but not “registered”, SCFHS may reject or nullify CME hour recognition.
In such cases, Mulhim.sa shall not be held liable, as the rejection arises from the participant’s
Mumaris+ account status and not from Mulhim.sa’s reporting process.
Notice. CME completion records and certificates remain accessible in the participant’s account for
30 calendar days following course completion. After this period, records may be archived per data
retention policies; retrieval or reissuance beyond this window may be limited or subject to service fees.
2) CME Hour Submission Responsibility and Data Accuracy
Each participant must ensure that all personal and professional information provided on Mulhim.sa—including
full name, Saudi Council Classification Number, Mumaris+ status, email, and phone number—is
accurate, current, and consistent with SCFHS records.
Mulhim.sa submits CME completion data via authorized electronic channels. Submission accuracy depends entirely on
the correctness of the participant’s information and the active status of their Mumaris+ account.
If any inconsistency, typographical error, or mismatch in personal details, email, phone number, classification
status, or Mumaris+ registration results in delay, rejection, or cancellation of CME credit recognition,
Mulhim.sa bears no liability. Participants should verify their details before enrolling.
Mulhim.sa may request verification documents to confirm eligibility prior to reporting CME hours. Failure to provide
requested documentation may cause temporary suspension or delay of submission until accurate information is supplied.
3) Platform Liability and Limitations of Responsibility
Mulhim.sa operates as an accredited e-learning provider under the supervision of the
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the
National eLearning Center (NELC). While Mulhim.sa endeavors to ensure reliable service and timely
reporting, certain conditions fall beyond its control. Accordingly, Mulhim.sa is not liable for:
- Technical issues originating from the participant’s device, browser, or internet connection;
- External system downtime or maintenance affecting SCFHS data synchronization;
- Rejection of CME credit due to participant-side account errors or inactive Mumaris+ status;
- Unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect login credentials;
- Force majeure events (e.g., network outages, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances).
By enrolling in any CME or CPD course through Mulhim.sa, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept
responsibility for maintaining accurate information and complying with SCFHS requirements.
