The supervisory staff at Mulhim Continuing Medical Education is led by the General Manager, who oversees planning, supervision, and monitoring.
Four key units report to the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes:
E-Training, Technical Support, Marketing & Promotion, and Customer Service.






Roles & Responsibilities



The supervisory staff is organized into specialized units, each with defined responsibilities to ensure the platform’s success and continuous development.









E-Training Department



  • Identifying training needs for individuals and institutions.

  • Designing courses based on scientific methodologies.

  • Organizing programs using clear, high-quality guidelines.

  • Executing training programs professionally to ensure outcomes.

  • Evaluating courses to improve quality.

  • Developing training content continuously.

  • Collaborating with healthcare & educational sectors.

  • Establishing strategic partnerships.

  • Recruiting specialized trainers.

  • Providing reports on training impact.






Technical Support Unit



  • Platform development and technical supervision.

  • Installing required e-learning software.

  • System updates and maintenance.

  • Immediate support to trainers and trainees.

  • Setting technical standards.

  • Networking and configuration of devices.

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

  • Quick response and communication.






Marketing & Promotion Unit



  • Engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
